We hope you’re happy with your purchase. However, if you change your mind or the item is not as expected, you can return it within 30 days of receipt under the conditions below.
Eligibility for Return
You may request a return if:
- The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
- All accessories, manuals, and tags are included
- The product is in the same condition as delivered
- It has not been used, installed, or altered in any way
Products may be opened for inspection, but must not show signs of use.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are excluded from return:
- Digital products (ebooks, software, courses, downloads)
- Personal care items (e.g., grooming tools used on the body)
- Hygiene and baby products once used
- Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or accidents
- Clearance or “Final Sale” items marked as non-returnable
Return Process
- Contact our support team at SolankiMart@yahoo.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
- Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.
- Ship the item back using the provided return address.
Note: Return shipping costs may be covered by Solanki Mart if the product is defective, incorrect, or damaged upon arrival. Otherwise, customers may bear the return cost.
Refund Process
Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund within 5–10 working days to your original payment method.
- Delivery charges are refundable only if the return is due to our error.
- We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items not returned in acceptable condition.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund.
Cancellations
You can cancel your order before it is dispatched for a full refund. Once shipped, it must be returned under this policy.
