Tracking Orders

Delivery Attempts
If no one is available to receive the parcel, the courier will attempt redelivery or leave it at a local collection point.
Unclaimed parcels returned to us may incur redelivery charges.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders
If your parcel arrives damaged, missing items, or incorrect:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at SolankiMart@yahoo.com.
- Include photos and order details
- We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund
International Customs & Duties
For international orders, customs duties or taxes may apply at your country’s border. These are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in product or shipping prices.
